The need<\/u>:\u00a0 DairyNZ employs a team of people as Developers to create programs, products and services to enhance the profitability and sustainability of dairy farming in New Zealand. They wanted to build their capacity by offering professional development directly relevant to the Developer role.<\/p>\n

What we did<\/u>:\u00a0 The Harris Park Group proposed an approach for building capacity based on the number and types of positions in DairyNZ\u2019s R&D team. A year later we created a customised in-house training session where we shared 20 years of design experience with 40 Developers in New Zealand.<\/p>\n
