Client:<\/strong> National Disability Services Innovative Workforce Fund Responsibilities:<\/strong> Coaching four projects as they design, build, reflect on and report their project outcomes<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_blurb][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row][et_pb_column type=”3_4″][et_pb_text admin_label=”Project Description” use_border_color=”off” border_color=”#ffffff” border_style=”solid” header_text_color=”#669933″ header_font_size=”18px” _builder_version=”3.7″]<\/p>\n The need<\/u>:\u00a0 The Innovative Workforce Fund was established by the Australian Government to encourage the development and sharing of innovative workforce practices to support rollout of the National Disability Insurance Scheme. $4 million was allocated by competitive application to 30 innovative workforce-related projects<\/a> run across Australia in 2017-2018. NDS actively managed the Innovative Workforce Fund using a network of eight coaches to help projects reach their goals.<\/p>\n What we did<\/u>:\u00a0 The Harris Park Group coached four projects including the\u00a0Participant-Led Training Videos<\/a>,\u00a0Out Together Peer Workforce<\/a>\u00a0and Self Managed Supports<\/a>. Coaching helped support projects as they refined their project design, negotiated roadblocks encountered during implementation and focused on their reporting responsibilities.
