Responsibilities: To contribute to a mid-term review of the DWIN project

Project description

The need:  The Disability Workforce Innovation Network (DWIN) project was established to better understand the workforce challenges faced by disability service providers during implementation of the NDIS. The National Disability Services peak body ran DWIN from June 2014 to May 2016 and was funded by the Australian Department of Industry. A mid-term evaluation of the project was conducted to help suggest ways to improve the design and delivery.

What we did:  The Harris Park Group helped Windsor & Associates interview 60 agencies that were providing disability services across Australia about their workforce issues. The insights from these interviews formed the basis of the evaluation.
